Dadaism, this art movement borned in the center of World State of war I, inverse completely the direction and purpose of art, in a new way never seen until then.
Information technology was war itself and its consequences that caused virtually of the artist to drift in Zurich, making Zurich the main city where artist from all the earth would assemble.

The revolution of Dada was built-in equally a rebellious movement against absurdity of war and every bit the hope for freedom.

Equally condratictory as this may sound, therefore Dadaists didn't "preach" peace, but … war itself.

Effectually 14th July of 1916, the poet Hugo Brawl declared The Dada – Manifesto.
Brawl and his friends used to meet upwards and gather at a club in Zurich which he opened with his future wife Emmy Hennings.

"Dada is a new tendency in fine art. One can tell this from the fact that until at present nobody knew anything about it, and tomorrow everyone in Zurich will exist talking about it. Dada comes from the dictionary. Information technology is terribly unproblematic. In French it means "hobby equus caballus". In German it means "good-bye", "Get off my back", "Be seeing you sometime". In Romanian: "Yeah, indeed, y'all are correct, that'southward information technology. Merely of course, aye, definitely, right". And so forth."

Except people that were living in Zurich, not many know that the Dada movement is actually formed there, in the heart of the old city of Zurich. The group was created in Spiegelgasse one, in the neighborhood of Niederdofli.

In this legendary Cabaret Voltaire, came to life this ironic, loud, diverse movement which soon would conquer the globe.

Main figures of this motility were Hugo Brawl, Emmy Hennings, Hans Arp, Raoul Hausmann, Hannah Höch, Johannes Baader, Tristan Tzara, Francis Picabia, Richard Huelsenbeck, George Grosz, John Heartfield, Marcel Duchamp, Beatrice Woods, Kurt Schwitters, Hans Richter, Max Ernst, etc.

Dadaist performances offered a diversity of explosions in poetry (words with not a certain pregnant, like a collage of words), music (music released in form of declarations in which messages got cannibalised by the absurdity of language, political theatre.

And so if Dada was in heart a protest confronting European model of life based on war, as well appear itself as an Anti-Fine art.
Dadaists, as they chosen themselves, experimented in sound poetry, collages, photomontages. From their base in Zurich they conquered the globe – Berlin – Paris and New York with their humor and irony.

Dadaism destroyed the heritage of Nineteen century, unraveled the borders and limits in between arts, reduced and vanished the gap in between genres and united the public concept with private, art and politic, mode and fine art, etc.

With Dadaism the figure of the Female creative person, as a miracle, grew stronger, in an art stage conquered by men until then.

So Dada tin be treated non just as shortlifed artistic and cultural movement but besides equally a mondus operandi, considering Dadaism was anti-comformism, anti-authorization, anti-traditionalism, anti-capitalism, anti-monopolism, anti-state of war, anti-logic, anti-normality, and even anti-dada itself. Therefore after, disruptive the whole world, Dadaism left the stage by living only around 8 years, as long every bit it is the immortality for an art movement.

In September, the city were I was born and lived until now, Tirana, becomes Dada.
